Balance Patch Front Desk/Technician - Part Time

This is primarily a customer facing position, so being personable is very important! The role is split into two main parts, the first being working the front desk and second addressing technical issues and computer maintenance. You will greet customers and help them get set up and assist them with any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and giving them any requested information

  • Assisting customers with any issues they may encounter while at the setups

  • Walking through the space to make sure all setups and the space are clean

  • Checking PCs and peripherals for quality control and properly organize hardware and peripherals

  • Keeping PCs up to date on game platforms and software weekly

  • Troubleshoot software and hardware related issues in an efficient and responsive manner

  • Stream and AV knowledge is a plus, but not required

  • Organization and inventory of storage room

  • Setting up and breaking down tournaments and events

  • Be knowledgeable in different game platforms and clients
